I have a StudentRDH package. How can I access the new platform?
Once the new platform for Canada goes live on Dec 11 you'll receive an email containing a link to set a password and access your courses on the new website and the app. 
I don't have any StudentRDH package yet. How can I access the new platform?
When our new platform for Canada goes live on December 11, that's your green light to jump in and sign up for any of our new and supercharged review packages.

If you'd like to start with something free, go for the Pre-Assessment. It’s got 500 free questions to help you figure out if you're all set for the National Boards.
I signed up for the app, but where are my courses?
Once we launch the app for Canada you'll be able to access all your courses through the app and website using your app logins. Until then you can access your courses through the website.
Do I have to pay for access to the new platform?
No, you don't have to pay anything if you're a current member. You will receive access to the equivalent course you had on the legacy platform at no additional cost. The paid courses covered are NDHCE review (Basic, Success and VIP packages) and Local Anesthesia review.

  • If you had VIP (legacy), you'll have VIP (new).
  • If you were on Success (legacy), you'll get On-demand + Book (new).
  • Basic (legacy) members will have access to On-demand (new) courses without any extra charges.
Should I stick with the legacy platform or switch to the new one?
The choice is entirely yours, and we're here to support whatever you decide. However, there are some fantastic benefits waiting for you on the new platform:

  • Access to our mobile app.
  • New 5,000 practice questions.
  • 3 Level Quizzes 
  • 500 new WakeUp Memory techniques.
  • Pre-and Post-assessments courses.


We highly recommend trying out the new platform to take advantage of these exciting perks! But don't stress, the legacy platform isn't going anywhere, and you can continue to use it if you prefer until Jan 31, 2024: https://www.legacy.studentrdh.ca

What happens to my progress and courses in the legacy (old) platform?
You can still access your courses through this link: https://www.legacy.studentrdh.ca It's important to note that any courses you have in progress on the legacy platform won't be automatically transferred to the new platform. You will have access to the legacy platform until Jan 31, 2024. During this time, you can choose to use both platforms if you wish.

Will the new platform show my progress from the legacy platform?
Unfortunately, your progress from the legacy platform won't transfer to the new one. Consider the new platform as a fresh start. The questions, format, and overall experience have all been improved. Your progress will only be tracked on the new platform from this point forward.

But you can still access the legacy platform https://www.legacy.studentrdh.ca. The reason the progress is not being transferred is because the way we organized the practice questions are different. 

You can think of the new platform as an added bonus, as you will get new and challenging questions that are not available on the legacy platform. However, everything you learn on the legacy platform is sufficient to pass the Canadian Board exams. 

That said, it’s your choice. You can use the legacy platform only, or the new platform only, or both!

I want to return to the old platform to check my progress. What should I do?
No problem at all! Just click here https://www.legacy.studentrdh.ca and log in using the same email and password you were using before. Everything remains the same; only the link to access has changed.

I'd love to upgrade to the VIP package. What do I need to do?
Awesome choice! If you were on the Basic or Success Package on our legacy site, you're in for a treat with the new VIP package on our new platform. It's supercharged, and you're going to absolutely love it!

Just drop us an email at support@studentrdh.com, and we'll get back to you with a personalized, one-time use coupon. With this you'll only need to cover the difference. Once that's done, you'll gain access to all the incredible perks that come with the VIP package.
How can I request an extension?
Getting an extension is a breeze, and it won't cost you a thing! This feature is exclusively available on our new platform. Simply shoot us an email at support@studentrdh.com and we'll take care of the rest.
What if I had a free trial with StudentRDH before?
No worries! You can do the free trial again on our new platform. It has different content, and we think you'll enjoy it!
Why did we create a new site and upgraded our content?
With an app, we believe that you can have a better experience. We wanted an app that syncs perfectly with the website. All of the progress that you make on the website will be reflected on your app, and vice versa.  

We mirrored how the NDHCE creates questions. You can see that we now have level one, two, three questions. Those are knowledge, application, and critical thinking questions. This is also how the NDHCE train their content creators to write questions. You can be certain that we provide the closest experience for you to the national boards.
